So I found that the 4×6 project was more depressing than anything. When I was doing it, it was kind of like free-writing, automatic writing, and automatic drawing—things like that. So, I don’t know, I decided to get on the happier side of things while staying mysterious or whatever. You know, so it’s not that dark. I don’t want things to be that dark—I mean, it’s really cool and interesting, but I just need to put the project on hold and do some regular journaling.
So, what I’m going to do now, most likely, is start doing some artist cards. What do you call them? ACEOs, I think? Artists collect them and sell them on eBay for like $10, but I’ve seen accounts where nobody actually buys them. I’m not sure—they look like easy money, but trust me, they don’t seem to be. I might try a few in my Etsy shop to see what happens. I tried the little picture thing a couple of years ago and it just didn’t work out. So, I want to do some of those and see where that goes with gouache, pen and ink, and things like that. Maybe I’ll go through some of my photography and do some photomontages or collages. I hope everybody is doing okay out there. Have a great one, and I’ll talk to you later.
