It’s Thursday September the 3rd.
It’s been a rough week and still kind of hot out. I don’t know why people act like it’s unusual and that the weather should comply with the date. It’s always been hot in September to me, but anyway, enough about other people.

I finally got my art table built, and it required some effort. It took most of an afternoon spread over three days. I was grumpy because the AC was broken and maintenance wasn’t meeting my expectations, plus I just have so much going on. I have physical therapy twice a week and cardiac rehab three times a week, but I am feeling the health benefits of all that for the first time in a very long time. I’ve lost a good amount of weight—managing about 10 pounds a month. Hanging in there, I guess! A lot of it has to do with my diet.
Anyway…
So now all I need to do now is find a light to go with my table. I already got a stool, but the table is heavy and hard to adjust up and down. As far as tilting the glass surface, it’s pretty good—it really is, I like it. The drawers underneath are kind of flimsy, but I can modify them to “meet my needs.”
I hope all of you are staying warm—well, excuse me, sorry, I hope all of you are staying cool out there and you’re not suffering too much. May the world and the universe smile upon you, and I’ll talk to you later. Thanks for visiting.
Peace, love, bye.
Mark
